Conplast SD110 is used to reduce material cost by reduction in cement without loss of strength or by increasing strength without additional cement. To get high early strength to improve upon productivity.

Cebex 100 is supplied as a powder admixture. The material is a combination of a plasticising agent and a gas-producing expansion medium. The plasticis ingagent allows the use of a reduced water/cement ratio with consequent increased strength and durability.  The expansive medium counteracts the natural settlement and plastic shrinkage of the grout and aidsst ability and cohesion.Sufficient restrained expansionis developed to ensure a high degree of interfacial contact.

Uses:
Cebex 100 is an admixture for cementitious grouts and concrete  where  a  reduced  water/cement  ratio  and  positive expansionis required. Applications include bedgrouting,duct grouting,non-shrink infilling and jointing

Conbextra EP10 is a solvent free epoxy resin grout designed for grouting of gap widths of 0.25 to 10mm. It is an all liquid system consisting of base and hardener. The components are supplied in the correct mix proportions designed for whole pack mixing on site

Conbextra GP cementitious grout is supplied as a ready touse dry powder. The addition of a controlled amount of cleanwater produces a flowing non-shrink grout for gap thicknesses up to 100 mm.Conbextra GP is a blend of Portland cement, graded fillersand chemical additives which impart controlled expansionin the plastic state whilst minimising water demand. The lowwater demand ensures high early strength. The graded filleris designed to assist uniform mixing and produce a consistent grout.

Uses:
Conbextra GP general purpose grouting is used where it isessential to eliminate shrinkage when completely filling thevoid between a base plate and a substrate. Such an application would be the grouting of a stanchion and machinerybase plates. It can also be used for anchoring a wide rangeof fixings. These include masts, anchor bolts, fence postsand around pipe sleeves.

Conplast WL is a dark brown liquidbased onligno sulphonates which mixes readily with waterandtherefore  disperses  evenly.Conplast WL waterproofs by improving the quality of theconcrete or mortar. It reduces the water demand for requiredworkability and minimises  segregation and bleeding. Thusit is mor efficient compared to traditional  powderwaterproofers as its results in two fold improvement of concrete or mortar.

Use:
To  minimise  permeability  and  increase  the  waterproofingproperties  of  concrete  and  cement  sand  mortars  for  criticalapplications like roof slabs and screeds, basements, externalplastering,  bathroom  floors,  water  tanks,  sumps, drains  etc

Lokfix E55 is a two component vinyl-ester anchoring material, supplied in single component cartridges with a static mixer nozzle. When applied it sets and cures rapidly to firmly secure a variety of steel fixings into concrete and masonry substrates.

Conplast SP430 is a chloride free, superplasticisingadmixture based on selected sulphonated napthalene polymers. It is supplied as a brown solution which instantly disperses in water. Conplast SP430 disperses the fine particles in the concrete mix, enabling the water content of the concrete toperform more effectively. The very high levels of water reduction possible allow major increases in strength tobe obtained.

Uses:

• To provide excellent acceleration of strength gain at early ages and major increases in strength at all ages by significantly reducing water demand in a concrete mix.
• Particularly suitable for precast concrete and other high early strength requirements.
• To significantly improve the workability of site mixed and precast concrete without increasing water demand.
• To provide improved durability by increasing ultimate strengths and reducing concrete permeability.
• In screeds it reduces the water content required to give suitable workability for placing and compaction

Conplast NC is guaranteed completely free of all forms of chloride and is supplied as a light straw coloured liquid.

Uses:
To accelerate the setting and early strength gain of Portland cement concrete and mortar mixes without the introduction of chloride. Acts as a plasticiser, so gives significant increases in both ultimate and early strengths. Typical applications include precast concrete, concrete placed in cold weather, concrete for repairs, mortars for brickwork.
