Brushbond is a two component acrylic polymer modified elas-tomeric waterproofing membrane which consists of Brushbond powder and Brushbond liquid  acrylic emulsion. It requires only the addition of water on site and when mixed in the proper pro-portions, an easily brushable coating is produced. Brushbond can simply be applied by a stiff brush, or trowel to obtain the desired thickness.Brushbond powder grey consists of specially selected cements, graded hard-wearing aggregates and addi-tives supplied in powder and Brushbond  liquid component of blended acrylic copolymers.The polymer provides Brushbond  with exceptional adhesion, toughness and durability.

Uses:
Brushbond  provides a seamless, waterproof coating suitable for use in water tanks, reservoirs, swimming pools, roofs, toilets and wet areas to ensure water tightness.Brushbond effectively protects  against concrete decay pro-viding a long lasting barrier to waterborne corrosive salts and atmospheric gases.Brushbond is designed to re-face and even out variations in concrete and masonry surfaces. Brushbond effectively seals concrete masonry walls and bridges the shrink-age cracks which are static.Brushbond provides a tough and durable coating which cannot be easily damaged or worn away.

Nitocote CM210 two-component polymer modified cementitious coating is supplied in a pre-packaged form. The product has been designed to be easily mixed on-site using a slow speed drill and paddle and then applied to the substrate using a brush, roller, trowel or by spray application. Nitocote CM210, available in grey and white, cures to form a flexible impermeable membrane.

Renderoc RG is supplied as a ready to use blend of dry pow-ders which requires only the  site addition  of clean water to produce a free-fl owing non-shrink repair micro concrete.  The material  is  based  on  Portland  cements,  graded  aggregates and fi llers, and additives which impart controlled expansion characteristics in the plastic state, while minimising water de-mand.  The low water requirement ensures high early strength and long-term  durability.
For larger repairs, the mixed Renderoc RG may be modifi ed by the addition of 5mm to 12mm clean, graded, saturated surface dry  aggregates  at  site.    For  exceptionally  large  repairs,  the local Fosroc offi ce shall  be consulted

Brushbond Roofguard is a single component acrylic polymer modifi ed, elastomeric fi bre reinforced high build & easy roller applied  /  brushable  coating  available  in  different  colours  for application  in multiple  layers,  minimum 3 layer application  is recommended for best performance.

Uses:
Brushbond Roofguard is high build fi bre reinforced seamless waterproofi ng render suitable for waterproofi ng of old & new roofs, it is a polymer base product applied in three OR more coats & each coat with different colours for monitoring correct thickness.

The  product  can  be  applied  directly  on  existing  concrete, brickbat coba, and screed concrete even without removal pro-vided the substrates are sound enough for application of the coating avoiding the risk of damage to the old roof associated while removing of the existing overlays. The product provides a seamless, tough durable water resistant coating which can withstand light pedestrian traffi c and also has excellent weather resistance for exterior applications

Brushbond TGP crystalline capillary waterproofing system  contains proprietary  blend of portland cement, quartz aggre-gate and special chemicals.   In the presence of moisture, the active chemicals in Brushbond TGP crystalline waterproofing system penetrates concrete and react chemically with free lime to produce insoluble crystals.  This crystalline growth reduces porosity by blocking capillaries and filling hairline non structural cracks ( upto 0.25mm wide) caused by shrinkage or expansion.  Unlike metallic and membrane types of waterproofing which only form a surface barrier, Brushbond TGP crystalline water-proofing system, in the presence of water, continues producing crystals and  lasting imperviousness to water.
